Before the Meeting

To help you prepare for your weekly meeting and ensure that you have fulfilled your duties, use the Pre-Meeting Checklist below:

 Analyst   Task
 View the previous week's Weekly Webcast if necessary, to see the Finance Training section again
 Perform research
 Submit a Trade Recommendation.  This may be a New Trade Recommendation, a Current Position Summary, or both if you currently have a position in the portfolio and want to add recommend a new trade
 Submit Coverage Area Summary (using data provided by the PM)
 Print completed New Trade Recommendation and/or Current Position Summary, and Coverage Area Summary to use as speaking guide during the Fund Meeting, if necessary

 PM/APM
Task
 View the previous week's Weekly Webcast if necessary, to see the Finance Training section again
 Take notes/prepare questions to ask the Analysts about their recommendations
 Conduct your own research into the trade recommendations if you feel the need to   
 Does the trade meet Portfolio Constraints?
 Produce, Analyze, and Distribute Portfolio Analytics Reports (BBAT) after 3pm each Friday.

 Chapter Officer
 Task
 Continue working towards completing the Monthly Chapter Goals Progress Report which must be submitted/presented at the meeting taking place the first week of each month
 Continue working towards meeting the Goals of the Yearly Action Plan
  Remind all chapter members of the scheduled chapter meeting
