It shall be the duty of the Vice President to organize and lead the recruitment of new students in order to meet the chapter's Recruitment Goal as outlined in the Yearly Action Plan. The Vice President will also assist the President and be prepared to assume the President's responsibilities if necessary.
To achieve the Recruitment Goal for the chapter, the Vice-President should:
  1. Ensure the chapter has a minimum of four members 
  2. Ensure that at least one member is not a senior
  3. Try to recruit at least four new members each year
During the first week of each month as scheduled by the President, the Vice-President will meet with the other chapter officers to report the Recruitment Goals achieved during the previous month and submit the Monthly Chapter Goals Progress Report .
