It shall be the Secretary’s responsibility to take roll at the beginning of each chapter meeting and at the end of the meeting input the Attendance and Participation Score (as assigned by the President) into the Attendance & Participation database.  For more information on how to enter Attendance & Participation scores, click here.

It shall be the duty of the Secretary to organize and lead community service activities in order to meet the chapter's Community Service Goal as outlined in the Yearly Action Plan.
To achieve the Community Service Goal for the chapter, the Secretary should:
  1. Ensure all members complete a minimum of 20 hours of community service each year
    • Create a schedule of community service activities in which members can easily participate
    • Ensure the schedule provides members with ample opportunity to achieve the 20 hour annual goal
  2. Record  community service hours for all members in the Community Service Record form.
During the first week of each month as scheduled by the President, the Secretary will meet with the other chapter officers to report the Community Service Goals achieved during the previous month and submit the Monthly Chapter Goals Progress Report .
